Points are redeemable for a variety of New England Patriots experiences, collectibles, and/or merchandise. Use the Patriots Extra PointsTM Visa credit card and earn one (1) point per one U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent on new eligible net retail purchase transactions (eligible purchases less credits, returns, and adjustments) made everywhere the credit card is accepted. Cash advances, purchases of cash equivalents, unauthorized/fraudulent transactions and certain other transactions do not earn points. Unredeemed points expire after a rolling five (5) year period. Points are not transferable and have no cash value. The Patriots Extra PointsTM Program and its terms are subject to change and/or termination and are void where prohibited by law. The Extra PointsTM Visa Card is issued and administered by Bank of America ("Bank of America"). Bank of America is responsible for all decisions concerning the issuance of credit cards, the management of the credit card accounts, and the computation of points. Carlson Marketing Group, Inc. ("Carlson") manages the redemption of points. New England Patriots L.P. in conjunction with Carlson, manages the fulfillment of the reward items upon the redemption of points.
